Today is the FIRST DAY of FEBRUARY and the FIRST day to practice and put into place the things that I have learned in the first 30 days of 2010! There is a 60 percent chance of rain today! It is cloudy....it is cold....and my husband has grumbled at me already and it is only 8:30 AM! I have everything ahead of me to set me up for an aweful day! I can monopolize on the moment......or take to heart...that he has alot on his plate...and it is not my fault he grumbled.......I can't change the weather........so I will determine in my heart.......to SMILE and EMBRACE another GIFT of TODAY.
